We offer Private Classes and Small Group Classes. Private Classes are one-on-one (50-min) or shared (45-min). Group Classes are 45-min or 1-hr. Each group class has a maximum of 4 people. Our small class size ensures we tailor to your needs with close supervision. You will be doing exercises that are different to the others in the class. This means you attend a class time that suits your schedule rather than your level. Due to our small class size, time slots may be limited. Hence, the majority of our participants reserve a regular class time weekly so as to guarantee themselves a spot **

If you have done equipment Pilates in the past, you are welcome to join one of our group classes. If you are pregnant, over 60 or have injuries, we recommend you start off with an initial assessment. Please contact us now to book your first class or you can book via our online timetable below. If your preferred days and times are not available, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you subject to availability.

 **5-class blocks have an expiration period of 2 months. 10-class blocks hae an expiration period of 4 months. If you are not able to attend classes regularly and consistently, please purchase single classes.
