Close supervision for better form

Unlike big group classes where you get minimal or no correction, we want you to get the time and attention you need. You will be supervised closely to ensure you are doing each exercise with the correct technique to achieve better form.

Individualised attention to track progress

Small class size means more individualised attention. The teacher has a better understanding of your strengths, limitations and weaknesses. You won’t get lost in a crowd of people and your teacher is better able to track your progress and abilities.

Before joining a group class, we require all new clients to come in for an initial assessment because we care enough about your individual needs to take time to assess you individually. Your goals and any concerns will be discussed. Your posture and fitness level will be assessed. All this information will be used to customise a personal program for you.
