Pilates Bodyworks offers high-quality Private & Small Group Classes (maximum of 4 people per class). We use mixed Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Ballet Barre, Spring Wall, Bodhi Suspension System, etc.. Our classes are tailored to your goals and the needs of your body. We firmly believe maximum benefits are achieved from proper technique, close supervision and quality teaching. We are renowned for our commitment to customised Pilates training and rapid results.
We recognise no two bodies are the same. Participants in our classes consist of people with different postures, varying fitness levels and needs. Some experience back pain, hip problems, knee issues, stiff neck and shoulders or other injuries. It is hence very important the exercises are catered to each individual. You perform exercises that are different to the person next to you as you both have different bodies and goals.
Our classes are small and the environment is friendly, warm and fun. The exercises can be challenging without being intimidating. You will learn to use muscles you never knew existed. Our clients feel great when they walk out the door after each class.
